These tapes have been put together in an 'easy-listening' format, with the interposing of music in places. Where it has been necessary to obtain copyright approval, permission has been given, and credit to each track used is made at the end of each tape. The tapes are designed to be able to be listened to in a car, while travelling to and from work. Warnings to turn the tape over are given in an appropriate way. The original scripts have, unfortunately, become lost because of moving house several times, so please do not ask for them.
The first two tapes are no longer available. They were the first attempts at tape teaching, and they missed the mark to a certain extent.
He Is Alive (C60)
A look at Charismatic worship through the eyes of an ex-Mormon, a couple of years after receiving Jesus' call to 'Come, Follow Me'.
It is self-explanatory; an 'apologetic', but yet not an 'apology'. It portrays the basic concepts of worship in what the media often refers to as a 'Born-again' church, a term also used by some Christian adherents.
Come, Come, Ye Saints (C60)
An explanation of what being a Christian is all about - not just being misled by Satan's hirelings, as is taught by the Mormon Church. This tape gently shows to skeptical Mormons that Christians are notvery different except that they have a personal knowledge of, and relationship with, the Jesus who died on the cross, so that those who accept Him personally - NOT ALL MANKIND AS IS TAUGHT BY L.D.S. THEOLOGY - will have everlasting life with Him.
This next tape was the first actually released and succeeded in stopping the conversion process of two young women, one in Queensland, the other in Victoria, within days of becoming available.
Compass Revisited (C60)
An examination of the answers given to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's David Millikan in an interview he had with an official of the Mormon Church, broadcast on ABC-TV's religious magazine programme 'Compass' on Sunday 30th April 1989.

The Eighth Article of Faith (C90)
The Eighth Mormon Article of Faith - 'We believe the Bible to be the Word of God as so far as it is translated correctly; we believe the Book of Mormon to be the Word of God (full stop or period) - is taken and examined, as are the origins and composition of the Bible and its translations, including Joseph Smith's 'Inspired Version'. The origins and historical background to the Book of Mormon, and the many alterations to it since the 1800s, which are not minor punctuation changes as claimed by the Mormon Church General Authorities, are also looked at in the light of historical facts.
The Great Latter-Day Heresy (C90)
A tape for Christians, comprising much of the 'bare bones' of the lecture topics its author uses in speaking publicly about Mormonism. Some regularly asked questions are also expounded on, and some suggestions on how to help and what not to do and expect of them in coping with cultists in general. It evaluates whether Mormonism is the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ, or if it is, in fact, heresy.
Come, Follow Me (C90)
A testimony by an ex-Mormon elder who had experienced the mysteries of the temple; disillusioned by what he saw as duplicity by high-up leaders, he left what he believed to be the only true church, thinking he had turned his back on God. Years later, he realised that he hadn't met God the first time round, and shares his joy in knowing Jesus now - the Jesus who is your and my and his Saviour.
The last two were scripted in 1991 but not recorded and edited until 1994.
We Thank Thee, O God, For a Prophet (C90)
An examination of some of the teachings of the Mormon prophet, Joseph Smith Junior, and some of his background. Does the L.D.S. Church conform to its claim that it is the original Christian church, restored at virtually the conclusion of man's existence on earth, out of obedience to the god who this prophet and his successors represent? Will Jesus Christ return to the earth in power, to Mormon temples, or to a temple on Mount Moriah in Jerusalem? These and other questions are posed by the narrator - important questions for us all.
How Firm a Foundation (C90)
Some of the foundation upon which Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) base their faith is examined in detail, referring to earlier confliction in Mormon writings, regarded by them as scripture. A foundation which does not hold together is like Mormon Missionaries' flannel-board presentation of Christ's church, which falls when the foundation is removed. A cautionary message for each of us to carefully evaluate our own foundations of belief, whether or not one is a Mormon, and to be open to what scripture is actually saying, rather than what someone else tells you is fact.
